However, this is how the Reminders are intended to work. So the Scheduled Job checks for the Selected Time that is less than the current time the Scheduled Job is running at, only then can HR Reminders be set for in the future.ResolutionThe conditions in the scheduled job has to meet first, then after it is executed the notifications will show.
