Catalog Item not visible in catalog when added to "Available for Subscribers" of a service offering.SummaryWhen a catalog item is not associated with any offering, the default behavior is to show the catalog item to everyone. As soon as catalog item is attached to an offering via the "Available for Subscribers" table, the default behavior is to hide it from everyone; unless that catalog item is explicitly made available for the user via 5 subscription tables on the SPM side or the it has made available to the user via User Criteria or entitlement on the Service Catalog side. This can create confusion for customers when they do not see their catalog items anymore, after adding the catalog item to the "Available for Subscribers" table on the Service Offering form. This is currently working as intended.Related Links The basic flow to show elements that play a role in displaying catalog items.
