'Tags' column impacting fixed list header on Firefox browser makes filter/breadcrumbs unusable Description 'Tags' column in Quebec and Rome impact the list view when using Firefox browser, making filter breadcrumbs unusable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using the Firefox browser, login as any user.

2. Access a list of incidents.

3. Add tags as a column.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, and then back to the top.

Two column label rows are visible, the filter editor and breadcrumbs will no longer be visible.
