Steps to Reproduce

Open a chat between a user and an agent. As the agent, attach an image using the attachment tool in the chat window. A single image is sent to the user. As the agent, attach an image using the attachment tool in the sidebar (right side). Notice that the image is sent four times simultaneously to the user.
