Duplicate Actual Hours on Projects after Time Cards are recalled on a Demand Description After recalling a Time Card on a Demand Record which is linked to a Project you are seeing that the 'Actual Hours' has now doubled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Demand (Type = Project) 2. Click 'Create Project' Related Link 3. Add the "Time Card -> Task" Related List to Demand Form 4. Create a New Time Card 5. Populate Time Card Details 6. Submit & Approve the Time Card 7. Go to [resource_allocation_daily] and Filter by same User & Demand on the Time Card 8. Ensure 'Actual hours' Column is visible 9. Recall the Time Card 10. Refresh the [resource_allocation_daily] List 11. See that the Actual Hours have now doubled
