Go to System Security > Users and Groups > Groups2. Search and open the HR group3. Go to Group Members tab4. Click Edit5. Look for your user6. Add that one to the member list7. Press save8. Logout from the platform9. Login again with the user10. Go to the esc portal (https://<instance>.service-now.com/esc) and the welcome banner is there.
