Steps to Reproduce

1. In the App navigator type in kb_knowledge.do 2. In the article body type in(Do not copy paste the text) Heading 1 Heading 2 Heading 3 Heading 1 3. Now click on paragraph and assign Heading 1---->heading 1 Heading 2---->heading 2 heading 3----->Heading 3 Heading 1----->Heading 1 4. Now click on table of contents buttons before the table button.

expected: It shouldn't show up any extra space between heading 3 and heading 1. Actual: It is showing up extra space between the heading 3 and heading 1
