Steps to Reproduce

Log into Paris Patch 2 instance Check both of the Instance options for the Widget 'Standard Ticket Tab Widget' and Save: Enable Rich Text Editor Enable @ Mentions Enable Accessibility in the Settings Open an Incident record from Portal using the ticket page: e.g. /sp?id=ticket&table=incident&sys_id=

ISSUE : The following message appears on top of the Editor: gs.getMessage("In the following editor, press Alt F10 to focus on the toolbar. Press Escape to return to the editor")

Workaround Workaround: Please import the attached XML

This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
