Advanced view removes filter conditions when sharing list URL after savingDescriptionIf a list URL opened in Agent workspace opens the list and is saved with the list action Save as, all filters applied on the shared list are removed after saving.Steps to Reproduce 1. As admin, create a list as Active=true and Assignment Group=network.2. Click on copy URL.3. On a different browser, impersonate an ITIL user.4. Paste the copied URL.5. Open the filter panel and click on advanced view.Notice the advanced view does not display condition pills. 6. As admin on Agent Workspace, navigate to Lists > Incidents > All.7. Apply any filter on the list and Copy the URL.8. Open that URL in another browser tab.Notice the filters from the last page are applied.9. Click on the gear icon and choose option 'Save as'.After saving completes, observe the list filter is empty.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available.
