Service Catalog Builder: Item Created from Builder having picture, importing the update set doesn't show picture reference. Description Service Catalog Builder: Item Created from Builder having a picture, importing the update set doesn't show picture reference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Update Set. 2. Create a Catalog Item From Builder adding a picture to the catalog item. 3. After Item is Published. 4. Mark the Update Set Complete. 5. Import the Update Set to another Instance. 6. Expected: Item should show the Picture Attached to the Catalog Item. 7. Actual : Item doesn't show the Picture Attached.

Also Item is Shown as Draft instead of Published.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
