To elaborate on why the functionality is not implemented, I've checked with the development team and hope the below comments can help give you more clarity.- The platform provides a base assessment engine and different application teams have used this capability to develop their assessment capabilities like Surveys, Vendor Risk Assessments, Risk Assessments.- There is no requirement across the different products to expose the same fields and capabilities - each team uses the relevant capabilities for their use case- We will take this feedback to add "Allow Additional Information" to the Risk Assessment and work with our product management to get this prioritized.
