It works as expected from Native UI. Steps to Reproduce: Access agent workspace.Open any single score list reports from Home page by clicking on the count.After clicking on the count, the list opens Expected Result: List should be in the view , which is specified in the report's drill-down view field (in the style section)Actual Result: List opens in default view of that table.CauseThe issue is caused as there exists a view in the instance with the name , which is actually the sys_id of the view which is mentioned in the drill-down view field of report. Due to this inconsistency, system is taking default view while displaying list in workspace.ResolutionDelete/Rename the additional view which has the drill-down view's sys_id given as name. For example: In the drill-down view field of this single score list report, the view is mentioned as "Test". The issue occurs if the sys_id of the "Test" view is "124c2ca22bb9f1002f42729fe8da152e" and there is another UI view in the instance with the name "124c2ca22bb9f1002f42729fe8da152e" To resolve the issue: Delete/Rename the UI view which has name "124c2ca22bb9f1002f42729fe8da152e".Related LinksSimilar issue: Agent workspace : The List report opened from the single score drill-down report, is not showing all the columns/fields for some users.
