Unable to edit the text in the hyperlinks in the HTML editor when the link is formatted. Issue When editing a hyperlink in the text field of the knowledge article form, the edited text is not accepted within the hyperlink.

Release Paris

Cause The issue is because of the formatting of the Hyperlinks. When the hyperlinks are formatted as mentioned below the links are not editable.

STEPS:

1. Open any kb_knowledge form 2. In the HTML editor, add a sample text/word 3. Apply any color to the text 4. Add a Hyperlink to the text 5. Save the form 6. Underline the Hyperlink 7. Save the form again 8. Try to edit the text of the hyperlink.

Result: The text can not be edited Expected: Edited text should appear on the hyperlink.

Resolution The issue is not reproducible in the Quebec release. Customers can upgrade their instances to Quebec. As a workaround in the Paris instances, remove the formatting, edit the hyper link text and add the formatting again.
