Field Value in catalog Items getting cleared when opening via cartIssue Fields values/value in a catalog item get cleared when fields on catalog item are filled ,they are added to cart and when 'edit cart' is used to open and view the catalog item. This happens across Native UI and Service Portal. ReleaseAllCauseThis is caused due a 'Catalog UI Policy' written on the particular field whose value is getting cleared.Resolution1)Navigate to 'Catalog UI Policies' tab on the catalog item whose field values are getting cleared. 2)Look for the policies written on those particular fields whose values are getting cleared.3)Open the catalog UI Policy and navigate to 'Catalog UI Policy Action' tab. 4)Open the record and uncheck 'clear the variable value' check box and save your changes.
