A perspective filters the available applications by that role. For example, select ITIL to show only ITIL items such as Incidents, and filter out asset management items such as Asset Portfolio. Navigate to the sys_user_preference table 2. Search for a user preference with the name 'perspective' for the affected user 3. Delete the user preference
