This UI action controls the Delete option in list views across all tables — if the Condition or Script fields have been modified, the option can grey out or stop working. To locate the record, navigate to System Definition > UI Actions and filter by Name = "Delete", Table = Global. Where possible, test on a sub-production instance before applying to production.
