Quebec: Issue with Virtual Agent Name and Icon in Slack Description In Quebec, not able to change Virtual Agent Icon and Name in Slack through Attributes 'bot_icon' and 'bot_name'

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Slack Workspace 1. Hop into any Quebec instance and Install the Conversational Integration with Slack from Servicenow Store 2. Change the Virtual Agent name and icon by changing bot_icon and bot_name attributes in sys_cs_adapter_configuration table 3. Integrate the slack workspace with your instance and add Virtual Agent App 4. Virtual Agent Name and Icon will be same as earlier. See the attached screenshots
