Agent Workspace: Landing page becomes unresponsive in UI BuilderIssue When attempting to modify a Workspace landing page in UI Builder, the landing page begins to load momentarily but then becomes unresponsive. A message is given that the page is unresponsive and the user can either wait or exit the page.ReleaseParis or earlierCauseThis can be caused by an sn_cd_content_portal record that has an empty 'Heading text' field value. This seems to cause issues with how UI Builder renders the content on the landing page, and becomes unresponsive.ResolutionThis issue is fixed in Quebec. To resolve this issue, a valid heading_text value will need to be saved to any records that have an empty value, or the record(s) can be set as inactive.
