In this case we don't have a record for OCI cloud provider.ResolutionSupport for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure discovery (OCI) started from version 1.0.74 of the Discovery and Service Mapping store application. Please make sure that you are in this version. If you are already in this version or any version please upgrade to the most current release 1.0.76. If you are already in version 1.0.76 and still have the issue, please raise a case for ServiceNow Technical Support.
