Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Catalog Item. 2. Add a Variable of type Numeric Scale. 3. Access the Catalog Item on Service Portal. 4. Attempt to select an option by clicking on a radio button's label.

Expected behavior The relevant radio button should be selected. Actual behavior The relevant radio button is not selected.
