Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any Paris Patch 5 Hot Fix 2 2. Navigate to the incident table (any table) 3. Create the field with type "string (Full UTF-8)" and max length as 10000 (10000 only for the purpose of testing) 4. + and - buttons on the field are not working

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
