Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to OOB Instance and setup Notification as per document:- https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/task/configure-notification-triggers.html 2. Click on Shared Content and Add shared content with short and long text as per following doc https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/administer/notification/task/create-apply-common-content.html

Expected - Notification should display with Shared content message text Actual - Notification is not displaying.

Workaround Workspace Notification is different from platform notification, it's UI Notification, which is in-session on-screen record template based near-real time notifications, shared content is not supported.
