Steps to Reproduce

Activate ITSM Mobile Agent plugin Grant ITIL for abel.tuter 3. Make sure there's no request item (sc_req_item) for Abel Tuter 4. Go to scoped app ITSM Mobile Agent in studio 5. Go to Applet Launcher My team 6. Add a new UI Section with type Icon (Name: MY Requests – Icon) 7. Enable "Hide when empty" option 8. Access the instance via ServiceNow Agent app 9. Click navigation tab My team

Expected behavior: MY Requests icon is NOT displayed with empty item Actual behavior: MY Requests icon is displayed with empty item Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
