Quebec: Virtual Agent not working on Internet Explorer 11
Quebec: Virtual Agent not working on Internet Explorer 11 - showed a black screen when user click the VA icon.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Virtual Agent in Service Portal on the instance.
- Log in to the affected instance using Internet Explorer 11.
- Navigate to Service Portal.
- Click the Chat icon.
Actual behavior: The VA panel opens as a blank screen.
Expected behavior: The VA panel opens up to let user interacts with it.
Attached is a UI Page file (sys_ui_page_7dc2359e1b3f2010178aed72604bcb67.xml) that can be imported to the affected instance(s) as the workaround for this issue. Please remember to remove this file when the instance is upgraded to a fixed version.
