Description

Quebec: Virtual Agent not working on Internet Explorer 11 - showed a black screen when user click the VA icon.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure Virtual Agent in Service Portal on the instance.
  2. Log in to the affected instance using Internet Explorer 11.
  3. Navigate to Service Portal.
  4. Click the Chat icon.

Actual behavior: The VA panel opens as a blank screen.

Expected behavior: The VA panel opens up to let user interacts with it.

Workaround


Attached is a UI Page file (sys_ui_page_7dc2359e1b3f2010178aed72604bcb67.xml) that can be imported to the affected instance(s) as the workaround for this issue. Please remember to remove this file when the instance is upgraded to a fixed version.
