So once your step is completed it will set the RITM stage to completed which will trigger BR 'Set Active Flag'.<br /></li><li>BR 'Set Active Flag' set 'active' to false and this will cause RITM to close. This is expected behavior in the NOW platform, if you make any task to active false its state will change to 'complete'.</li></ul></section></div><div ><h3 >Resolution</h3><section><ul><li>To resolve this issue use the correct stages for RITM. Use the 'completed' stage only when it (RITM) gets actual completed. <br /><br /><br /></li></ul></section></div></article></div>
