Oracle Infrastructure Report shows duplicate recordsDescriptionThis Article is going to address the case where the records appear as duplicates when they are actually not. This occurs when we are referencing an Oracle option in the "Options/Managements Packs in Use" column and the column displays as empty even though it does have a value. This is because the "Option" field on the samp_oracle_options table is set to display=false. So, when it is referenced in the report, it shows as empty and the report appears to have multiple records for the same database instances Steps to Reproduce 1/Install SAMP2/Install Oracle Database Options and Management Pack3/Run discovery for your environment to discover the Oracle Options4/Allow the job "SAM - Generate Data For Oracle Infrastru" to run and repopulate the view5/Navigate to samp_oracle_infrastructure_report tableYou will see multiple records for the same database instance that will appear to be duplicatesWorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
