Instance contains a certain number of Incident records which did not autoclose and are in Resolved stateIssue In all instances, there are certain number of Incident records which did not autoclose and are in Resolved stateCause- In OOB instances, theScheduled Item: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_trigger.do?sys_id=d67e98dac0a8011801393f5054790aa5triggers the OOB BR,'incident autoclose' : /nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=d67b8d9ec0a80118008cd8f0f7f92fae(attached screenshot)- After investigating the issue, observed that one of the criteria to auto close the incidents is that it should not be a Major Incident in Accepted state.- All the example provided are major incidents in accepted state. Hence, the incidents did not auto-close.- This is an expected OOB behavior. We don't auto close Major Incidents in OOB instances. Resolution- Please review BR, 'incident autoclose' : /nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=d67b8d9ec0a80118008cd8f0f7f92fae - If you wish to change the behavior, you can customize it as per your requirements. Please try this in subprod instances.
