Steps to Reproduce

On a quebec instance, 1. Create a new user and provide the below roles: dashboard_admin ui_dashboard_builder sn_ui_builder.dashboard_builder_admin

2. Open dashboard builder 3. Create a new dashboard and select any layout which has more than 1 container. 4. Save the dashboard 5. Add any component one of the containers and click Save

Result: Changes are not saved

Workaround Provide the role "ui_builder_admin" to the user which allows them to edit the dashboard.
