After further investigation this behavior is a know issue logged as PRB663937
Since a problem ticket is created and the issue will be fixed in a future upgrade, we have a workaround to fix this issue as mentioned below-
When setting glide.knowman.use_live_feed property to false, it shows the comments.
- The comments are being captured correctly in kb_feedback table as well as live_message table.
If we add a boolean property "glide.live_feed.custom_journal.acl_check_enabled" and set it to false, comments appear on the instance.
