[QUEBEC] Knowledge comments not visible in the feed (from kb_view)DescriptionFacing issue with the comments visiblity after upgrading from Orlando to QuebecWhen adding a comment on a published article it is not visible in Quebec (refer screenshot)The comment is well tracked in the backend comment section of the article but not visible in the feed of the article on the kb_view page.The sys_properties : glide.knowman.use_live_feed is true on all instances CauseAfter further investigation this behavior is a know issue logged as PRB663937 ResolutionSince a problem ticket is created and the issue will be fixed in a future upgrade, we have a workaround to fix this issue as mentioned below- Workaround: When setting glide.knowman.use_live_feed property to false, it shows the comments. - The comments are being captured correctly in kb_feedback table as well as live_message table. If we add a boolean property "glide.live_feed.custom_journal.acl_check_enabled" and set it to false, comments appear on the instance. If you need any further assistance, please let me know.
