ResolutionThis issue was happening because of all the Table Names in the TeamSpace Configuration record being changed. This should not be done. We recommend only changing the TeamSpace Name. To revert to the OOB version, follow the steps below. 1. Navigate to Project Administration > Settings > TeamSpaces 2. Open the record that is there 3. Add the "Versions" Related List if necessary by right-clicking the form header and going to Configure > Related Lists 4. Find and right-click the Version with the source of "System Upgrades: glide-VersionName....." 5. Select "Revert to this version" 6. Select OK when prompted
