Contextual Search not returning related KB articlesIssue Contextual search is a search technology that focuses on the context of the query as well as the intent of the user in order to fetch the most relevant set of results.The issue is when a keyword is searched in the contextual search,KB articles are not being shown. Steps to reproduce: Create an incident by filling all the mandatory fieldsNow click on contextual search and enter the keyword 'outlook'Check if any KB articles are shownCauseThere is a filter configuration done for the incident table contextual search where they are comparing the article body with configuration item display value.As there are no articles with keywords containing the configuration item and keyword which is entered, no articles are being shown.ResolutionChange the filter configuration in such a way that short description keywords are compared with the article body.Change the compare to field to short description from configuration item.
