After upgrading to Quebec, the walkup user is no longer able to access the walkup portal. The following message can be seen: "Security constraints prevent access to requested page".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to instance : https://[***].service-now.com/
2. Impersonate user 'Walkup'
3. There on the page you will see 'Security constraints prevent access to requested page'
4. Search for Walkup portal in Application Navigator.
5. There also user get 'Security constraints prevent access to requested page'

Most Probable Cause: The $sp is not public in the sys_public table

Solution Proposed:
1. Go to the Access Control (ACL) page and click the New button
2. Set Type to ui_page
3. Set Operation to read
4. Set Name to $sp
5. For Requires role, add sn_walkup.walkup_login, snc_internal

Note: Please ensure to add necessary roles that access sp pages (i.e. snc_internal)

Alternatively, you can make navigate to sys_public.list, search for $sp and set it to true.
