Steps to Reproduce

1- Hop on the Newyork Instance 2- Go to any catalog item, which creates sc_req_item 3- Make sure catalog item is having 4 variable set having inactive variables 4- After creating and checking the record on the portal, slowness is observed on the below form /sp?id=form&table=sc_Req_item&sys_id<> 5- Removing the inactive variables, reduce the load time

Workaround This is expected behaviour and by design in all currently supported releases.
