Read Access Users Have 'Edit' UI Action On Service PortalIssue Users that are passing user criteria with only the 'read access' have the option to edit knowledge articles when viewing through the service portal. The expectation is that users with read access are unable to edit articles.CauseThere was a custom write ACL for kb_knowledge which allows all users with snc_internal role write access. ResolutionCheck to be sure there is no ACLs which are overriding the user criteria for a given knowledge article.
