They are visible on portalCauseThe problem can be a custom journal field which is added to kb_knowledge. If there is a custom field on this form it will interfere with the feedback and the comments are not generated. ResolutionThere are two things you can do to resolve this: - You remove the custom field- If this isn't possible, consider disabling Live Feedback. You can do this by setting glide.knowman.use_live_feed to false. This will disable Live Feed, comments will still work but users can't comment on messages.
