Open Service Portal and ensure that language is set to system language4. Open "Example" Catalog Item in Service Portal and type "AAA" into Reference Variable5. Validate that "AAA Test" is among the results6. Change the language to other than system language (German for example)7. Open "Example" Catalog Item in Service Portal and type "AAA" into Reference Variable8. Validate that "AAA Test" is NOT among the resultsAnd this happens on the form as well1. Add a reference field to the incident table named catalog item2. Now for the catalog items where the translation are available it will show up.3.
