Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Catalog Item with "Example" name and add Reference Variable (Table: sc_cat_item) 2. Create a new Catalog Item with "AAA Test" name (under system language) 3. Open Service Portal and ensure that language is set to system language 4. Open "Example" Catalog Item in Service Portal and type "AAA" into Reference Variable 5. Validate that "AAA Test" is among the results 6. Change the language to other than system language (German for example) 7. Open "Example" Catalog Item in Service Portal and type "AAA" into Reference Variable 8. Validate that "AAA Test" is NOT among the results

And this happens on the form as well 1. Add a reference field to the incident table named catalog item 2. Now for the catalog items where the translation are available it will show up. 3. But for the translation that are not available will not be showing up in the catalog item.
