Portal: Table API ACL is blocking the ESS users ( no-role) from selecting a different user while checkout. Description Issue Description: Portal: Table API ACL is blocking the ESS users ( no-role) from selecting a different user while checkout. Customers cannot TABLE Api ACL to no roles users and they should have the ability to request the catalog for another user.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to the instance as admin 2. Go this ACL - 9ef8bc918733320025fbd1a936cb0bdd and activate the ACL 3. Impersonate any user who has no - roles 4. Go the portal 5. Try to request any catalog item 6. Click on "Order Now" 7. In the popup try to select any user and notice it is forbidden for the user.

Workaround This has been identified as a product defect and its fix is targeted for the Washington release in 2024.

In Washington DC this defect is fixed. However, to make it work a property has to be enabled. When this ACL is active, to allow users access records, set a property "glide.sc.sp.checkout.ignore.table.acl" to true.
