Description

The newly followed item in the Connect Chat panel does not load if records are being followed using the "Actions on selected rows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop into Quebec instance and impersonate any user with 'itil/admin' role
2. Go to incident.list and select 100 records at a time and 'follow on live feed' using '"Actions on selected rows'. Refer to attached screenshot


3. Now go to instance_name.service-now.com/$c.do and notice the first record in connect sidebar4. Now scroll to bottom and go back to top and notice new records are added
