On the UI16, open an incident record and update the description field with few lines, each separated with a new line or enter/return.2. Go to Standard Ticket configuration and open the entry for the incident. Make sure short_description is set to show always2. Open the same record on the ticket page. (/sp?id=ticket&table=incident&sys_id=<sys_id of the incident>)3. Expand the show more button, to show the short descriptionExpected: the line breaks should be as in the native UIActual: Line breaks are ignored and showing all lines in only one line.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
