Viewing in $conversation-builder.do (VA Designer -> 'Test active topics' will show similar error logs: ReleaseAffecting users Quebec Patch 2 HF2 and after CauseThis is happening because critical setup topics are not being loaded. In a few instances, this occurred because 'Default chat experience' was set to inactive and other chat experiences did not have Setup topics configured. ResolutionOnce 'Default chat experience' was set back to active=true this was working as expected. If customer does not want to do so, they will need to ensure a setup topic is configured for each Setup topic type for a separate Custom greetings and setup record.
