SLA breach warning notification triggerred to wrong email address.Issue One of the managers is not getting emails with SLA breach warning to his correct and active email address and we need to know where to make changes to send the notification of SLA breach warning to the correct email address.CauseThe SLA breach notifications are getting generated through the below notification "SLA breached". https://instance_name.service-now.com/sysevent_email_action.do?sys_id=4c0e4a280a0a0b3000ec698289eaa2c9 This notification is configured on the task_sla table and the Who will Receive is configured as "Task.Assigned to.Manager". From here if we pick a reference record INC00xxxxx we can check it is assigned to a user, whose manager email id of this manager is configured as the email address which is not the correct email address of the manager.ResolutionThe wrong profile of the manager is attached as a managers' profile to the end users. Update the correct manager profile of the manager and then he would receive the mails in the correct email id.
