Journal entries in Service Portal are not being shown after 24 hours inside of RecommendationsIssue If a user made a comment in a Recommendation in the Service Portal, after 24 hours, the comment would not display. Looking at the record in the main UI, all comments are visible.CauseThis issue is only seen by imported users who do not have all fields filled out. In this case, the created_by field was empty. ResolutionThe fix this, simply fill in any fields that are empty. In this case, filling the created_by field fixed this issue.
