[Agent Workspace] "To" field on the compose email form is throwing error "The recipient is invalid"Issue "Compose Email" on any form where the feature is available (like incident, change, etc) is throwing an error from the workspace. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Log in to the instanceNavigate to Agent WorkspaceOpen any recordSelect "Compose email" in the "..."Type the user name in the "To" field - an example could be "Abel Tuter" Actual Behaviour: The system displays the message "Unable to parse address" upon hovering the mouse on the user. Upon clicking the Send button the form throws an error. ReleaseAll ReleasesCauseThe system throws the error considering that the text entered in the "To" field is an email address. This could happen if the "Recipient Qualifier" records are modified.ResolutionFollow the below steps to fix the issue. Navigate to "Email Client Recipient Qualifier" from the application NavigatorIf the issue is with the user then open the "Active Users" record.
