The Automation Store replaces the previous Service Catalog and Plugin Store interfaces. Learn how to access the Automation Store, request items, bookmark your favorites, and view the most popular plugins and automations. Access the Automation Store To access the Automation Store: Go to Now Support.From the top white banner, select Automation Store. Components and features The Automation Store page includes these components as shown in the following image: Left navigation - Filter specific automationsMy Bookmarks - Access all automation bookmarks and favorites. Navigation breadcrumb - Track your location within the store. My Bookmarks - View three cards from your bookmark list. Featured Automations - View nine automations based on historical use across all companies. Bookmark icon - Mark items as bookmarks or favorites.Request icon - Open the request form.Remove icon - Remove items from your bookmarks or favorites list. Plugins page The Plugins page includes these features as shown in the following image: Plugin count - View the total number of plugins available for activation.Filter options - Filter by product family and subscription model.Search - Search for a specific plugin by plugin name or plugin ID.Filter pills - View applied filters with an option to clear all filters.Sort control - Sort plugins by recently added (default) or by name.Pagination control - Move to the next page. Service Catalog page The Service Catalog page includes these features as shown in the following image: Catalog count - View the number of catalog items available. Catalog visibility varies based on your role.Category filters - Filter by subcategory.Search - Search for specific catalogs by catalog name or description.Catalog tabs - View all catalogs (default), frequently used by you, or frequently used by your organization. The tabs populate based on historical usage.Sort control - Sort by popularity (default, most used on top).Pagination control - Move to the next page. My Bookmarks The My Bookmarks page includes these features as shown in the following image: Search - Search for specific bookmarks.Category tabs - View bookmarks by category (Service Catalog or Plugin).Sort control - Sort by recently added (default) or by name. Request form The request form includes these elements: Request category - View whether the request is for a Service Catalog item or plugin.Title - View the catalog or plugin title with a bookmark option.Close button (X) - Close the form.Cancel button - Cancel the request.Submit button - Submit your automation request. Request confirmation After you submit a request, a confirmation window appears with a link to the change record. Use this link to view and track the progress of your request. To view request details, select the change record link. The change record shows the start and end dates, priority, and last updated date. To close the confirmation window, select Done.
