Error as below

EVENTS ------------------------------------------------------------- Credentials not found, id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to connect to Nagios on execute. Response is null

METRICS ------------------------------------------------------------- Could not connect to address=(host=xxxxxxxxxx)(port=3306)(type=master) : Connection timed out: connect

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Set up the Event Management connector on the instance

2. Enable "Event Management" under "Supported Applications" for all the MIDs on the instance

3. Perform "Test Connector" on the Connector Instance and observe that it is Success sometimes and it fails sometimes with the error mentioned in the description.

Release All Resolution Verify the connector instance configuration and observe the success and the failure records

Check if there are any recent configuration changes

Review the ECC queue records for the both

Possibility is that the connector could be trying to connect to the Mid which does not have connectivity.

In such cases, remove the "Event Management" from under the "Supported Applications" for those MIDs without the connectivity or disable them to fix this issue
