Go to App Engine Studio > Configuration > Pipeline.Verify that both the Dev environment and Prod environment are configured in the pipeline.If either environment is not set, go to App Engine Studio > Configuration > Environment and create a new Environment record. If a valid second environment is not available, any instance URL can be entered — no URL validation occurs at this stage. Issues only arise when moving an application across instances using the pipeline.Select the new Environment record in the pipeline configuration for the position where the Dev environment or Prod environment was missing.Launch App Engine Studio again and verify that the setup message no longer appears and the page loads as expected.
