In Orlando version, it was possible to uninstall some plugins, however in Paris, this is not possible. ResolutionThe recommendation is to set the old Applet Launchers to inactive, not to delete them. Deleted records will be replaced on upgrade while customized records will not. Steps to fix the issue:1) Navigate to System Mobile > Applet Launchers2) For any record where application is ITSM Mobile, set the Active field to false.
