This applies to various forms (incident, problem, etc).Steps to Reproduce In any Quebec instance, ensure you have tabbed forms enabled in the Forms section of the System SettingsCreate a UI Policy on Problem table to make workaround and fix notes fields read-only when the problem is CLOSED.Navigate to any open problem in the instanceWork through the Problem flow and be sure to add text to the Workaround field and the Fix Notes fieldWhen the Problem record is closed, select the Analysis Information tab and refresh the pageObserve the workaround text is displayedClick the Resolution Information tab and notice the Fix notes are not displayedExpected Behavior: The HTML field should display contents when the tab containing the field is selectedActual Behavior: The HTML field displays no contentWorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix. Temporary Workaround: Until you are able to Upgrade to one of the Fix Version please follow the below workaround to make the Read Only Fields visible.
