Resolution This can happen if a Variable Set and Variable within it are named the exact same (internally)

Please change the name of one of the two.

To do so, follow the steps below.

Next Steps:

1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Variables > Variable Sets 2. In the "Title" column search for your Variable Set and go to the record 3. In the Variables related list, open the Variable 4. Change the Name to something different. 5. Save the record
