In an instance change the User ID of user to a value that contains '\'EX: Change "abel.tuter" to "\abel.tuter" or Change "abraham.lincoln" to "abraham.\lincoln"2. Login as an admin on the phone with the latest Mobile Apps. (i.e - From 11.5 Onwards.)3. Now Impersonate any of the above 2 users( i.e - Abel Tuter or Abraham Lincoln ) in the Now or Agent Mobile app.4.
